Genelec will debut brand new 9320A Reference Controller and UNIO platform at IBC

With the eyes of the tech world set to focus on Amsterdam and the upcoming IBC event, Genelec has revealed that the company will be unveiling some exciting new products at this year’s conference. The company has shared some background and preliminary details for a brand-new controller that will serve as a focal point for the company’s UNIO audio monitoring platform.

The team at Genelec is well-versed in the challenges that come with creating a sound acoustic environment and having equipment properly attuned to the space in which it resides. This is why the company continues to expand its offerings beyond smart monitoring equipment and designed the UNIO platform to connect the physical components with their GLM 5.0 calibration software and Aural ID 2.0 technology, to provide a full range of data and metrics to optimize any space. Now the company is moving one step closer to making the process even more efficient with the launch of the 9320A Reference Controller. The 9320A will offer a single touchpoint to help control and access all of the UNIO systems parameters, ensuring an effortless calibration of any space. While there is currently no pricing or official release date for the new control panel, attendees at IBC in Amsterdam will be the first to get a look at the new release.
