Nicky Romero & David Guetta – Ring The Alarm

David Guetta and Nicky Romero are two of the most well respected and talented artists in the electronic music scene, both boasting incredible careers and an amazing catalogue of successful releases. Their friendship goes back a long time with their first collaboration ‘Metropolis’ releasing 7 years ago. Nicky Romero and David Guetta have also shared some great m0ments like their iconic back to back performance with Afrojack at Tomorrowland in 2013.

Their latest collaboration ‘Ring The Alarm’ has just dropped on Nicky Romero’s label Protocol Recordings. With the festival season quickly approaching, ‘Ring The Alarm’ drops at the perfect time. The simple yet catchy vocal hook builds perfectly into a massive drop driven by strong percussion. This record will no doubt be one we hear time and time again destroying all the biggest mainstages this year. The story behind the track is quite an interesting one, as David Guetta heard a demo from Nicky Romero via Instagram and called the Dutch DJ and producer to finalise the track together.

Nicky Romero and David Guetta have both had incredibly strong starts to 2019 after a successful year in 2018. The French DJ and producer has already released a new song with Dutch talent Brooks and announced an exciting new collaboration with Tom Staar coming soon. Nicky Romero also started the year by releasing a brand new collaboration and announcing a highly anticipated new one. His collaboration with Olivia Holt ‘Distance‘ dropped in late January as he also announced he is back in the studio with Teamworx for an exciting follow-up to the massive success of ‘Champion Sound‘.
